Shipping policy

We process and dispatch orders within 3 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, UK Public Holidays, and store holidays. There may be a delay to this timeframe during promotional periods, or if you have pre-order products in your order. We can’t always guarantee Next Day delivery during promotional periods and so any orders not fulfilled within the Next Day timeframe will be credited accordingly. Any closures or planned changes to our operations will be outlined on the homepage and the banner at the top of the site.

Standard UK orders up to 2kg are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 when the Free Shipping option is selected, this service aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days*.

When the Express Delivery option is selected, orders to the UK mainland excluding the Highlands of Scotland are delivered via DPD Local which aims to deliver the next working day* for orders placed by 2pm. Orders to other areas of the UK (Offshore islands, the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland) may be delivered by a different service and may take longer, although we will make every effort to ship on a premium service. 

The tracking number(s) will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide and our complete list of shipping destinations can be found at the checkout via the Country drop-down menu.

Our International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and UPS. The costs are dependent on the weight of the order.

European orders normally arrive within 2-10 working days* and to the rest of the world between 2-16 working days*. If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly.

* Please note that we can not take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control including industrial action, severe weather conditions, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

IMPACT OF BREXIT

As we are sure you are aware, the UK left the European Union. So, as of 1st January 2021, the rules for sending parcels to EU countries have changed. We're doing our best to minimise the impact of Brexit on our European community but there will be some changes that are out of our control:

  • You may experience longer delivery times to receive your order to allow for customs clearance as your parcel leave the UK and enters the EU.
  • Your country may also apply customs charges or additional fees to receive your order.

So, we encourage you to check the charges and fees for your country as ODYSSEY BOX is not responsible for any additional charges that apply once your order has been dispatched.
