Rewards Terms & Conditions

Overview

You must be enrolled in the ODYSSEY BOX Loyalty Program (OB Rewards) in order to earn and receive points. Your points will be credited to your account after your order has shipped – not at the time of purchase.

Your Rewards are only redeemable against purchases made on this site. Rewards are only available for activities performed while logged into the sites or, where applicable, in response to an email from ODYSSEY BOX.

By enrolling, you also agree not to abuse the ODYSSEY BOX Rewards program by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of ODYSSEY BOX, including without limitation, attempting to accrue points or redeem points in a manner inconsistent with these Rewards Terms or the intent of these terms, attempting to earn points through illegitimate channels, participating in redemption fraud, or tampering with the Program or its tools. 

ODYSSEY BOX reserves the right to modify, discontinue or cancel OB Rewards at any time without notice.

Points

Points will be credited to your account for every £1 spent on your purchases. The points calculation is based on the total paid excluding any shipping costs.

If you return any products and receive a refund to your original payment method, any points that had previously been credited will be deducted from your account for the amount of return net of taxes when the product(s) is/are received and return is processed at our warehouse.

Your account may have a negative point balance if the amount returned is greater than your current redeemable point balance.

You will also receive points for engaging in the Loyalty Activities listed below and on the  Earn Points section of the dashboard in accordance with the time frames provided below and on the Rewards page on the site.

All points have a 14 day approval period.  You will only be able to use these points once the specified time has elapsed. 

You can view your point balance at any time by logging into your account and visiting the OB Rewards dashboard. 

Rewards

Rewards, benefits and points earned through the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other program benefits.

Rewards can not be exchanged or returned for points, another product or a monetary refund.

Coupon codes generated from Loyalty Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.

Refer a Friend

By participating in the ODYSSEY BOX Refer a Friend Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and to use the program in a manner consistent with its purpose. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the program may result in the suspension or removal of rewards, points, and accounts.

Eligibility

To participate in the Refer a Friend Program, you must be a registered customer of ODYSSEY BOX with a valid account.

Referral Process

Referrer: To refer a friend, you must provide a unique referral link to someone who has not previously purchased from ODYSSEY BOX. The referral will only be valid if the referred friend makes their first purchase using your referral link.

Referred Friend: A referred friend must be a new customer to ODYSSEY BOX, with no previous purchase history on the website.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following conduct, which is prohibited under the ODYSSEY BOX Refer a Friend Program:

Account Duplication: Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, shipping addresses, or other identifying information in an attempt to earn rewards multiple times for the same individual.

Referral Abuse: Attempting to refer yourself, your own household members, or using fraudulent tactics to accumulate referral credits. This includes but is not limited to using the same payment methods, devices, or addresses to make purchases under different accounts.

Fraudulent Redemption: Participating in or attempting to participate in redemption fraud, such as redeeming points or rewards for purchases made through illegitimate or deceptive means.

Tampering: Tampering with, manipulating, or attempting to exploit the Refer a Friend system or rewards tools to gain unauthorised benefits or rewards.

Points Accumulation and Redemption

Referral points or rewards may only be earned by referring legitimate, new customers who make a purchase. Any attempt to accrue points or redeem rewards through methods inconsistent with these terms will be considered abuse of the program.

ODYSSEY BOX reserves the right to review and verify all referrals and associated purchases. If any referral is found to be in violation of the program’s terms, ODYSSEY BOX may withhold or revoke any points, rewards, or discounts issued.

Right to Modify or Terminate

ODYSSEY BOX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without notice. Any modifications to the program will be posted on our website, and all participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

Disqualification

Any attempt to exploit the program, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activities may result in disqualification from the program, forfeiture of rewards, and potential termination of your ODYSSEY BOX account.

ODYSSEY BOX’s Discretion

ODYSSEY BOX, in its sole discretion, has the right to determine the eligibility of any participant and may cancel or modify any rewards or points earned if it believes the program is being abused.

By participating in the ODYSSEY BOX Refer a Friend Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Withdrawal & Expiry

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Your redeemable points balance will expire if you haven't made a purchase in the last 12 months. This ensures that all of our members are still active in the ODYSSEY BOX Rewards program.
