Indulge in your journey and receive 4 hair care products every other month, selected for a full wash day experience. 

We offer the opportunity to explore, and learn about new products from curl-conscious haircare brands in an exciting and sustainable way. Treat yourself, and your hair to effective products that you can take your time with.

How do I subscribe to receive an ODYSSEY BOX subscription box?

Our subscriptions boxes are available in February, April, June, August, October and December, with subscriptions opening just a week or two ahead of time. You can either subscribe or purchase a single box. 

Our boxes are always limited, and so the best way to avoid disappointment is to join our mailing list and be among the first to find our when subscriptions open, and our boxes become available to pre-order. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope that you have enjoyed your experience with us and our curated subscription boxes. 

A bi-monthly recurring subscription can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to renewal, with the exception of your very first box which can neither be cancelled, nor refunded.

If you wish to cancel after receiving your first box, please ensure that you do so at least 2 weeks before your subscription renews to ensure that your card is not charged.

To cancel please contact us at hello@odysseyboxuk.com. We will then cancel your subscription, and no future payments will be processed.

We can not guarantee that you will not be charged if your cancellation request is made within 2 weeks of the renewal date. If you are charged, the next box you receive will be your final box.

When will my card be charged?

The bi-monthly subscription box payments renew on the 2nd of the month every other month. These dates are:

2nd February, 2nd April, 2nd June, 2nd August, 2nd October and 2nd December.
Your subscription will renew until cancelled.

When will I receive my box?

After your subscription has been renewed and payment has been processed successfully, your box will be prepared for dispatch, at which point you will receive tracking information via email.

The tracking information will indicate when your box has been dispatched. In the UK, it takes 3-5 working days for your box to arrive once it has been dispatched.
For Europe it will take up to 15 working days to allow for customs clearance post Brexit. For the Rest of the World, you can also expect to allow up to 15 working days.

How do I update my payment information/address?

You can update your payment information and your personal information via your customer account. If you need help accessing your customer account, you can contact us at hello@odysseyboxuk.com.

Products and Guarantees 
Do you make the products in your store?

The manufacturers or brands for the products in our store are included in each of their individual listings. While we do stock our own products, the large majority are source directly with independent brands.

Are the products in your store suitable for my hair?

The products we provide at ODYSSEY BOX have been tried, tested and curated with afro hair, and curly hair types in mind. As such they are suitable for transitioning hair, damaged hair, relaxed hair, as well as protective styles including locs and braids. What is the ODYSSEY BOX Guarantee?

We know that it can be a challenge to select the right products for naturally curly and afro hair, and so we hope that our store makes it that bit easier. We want you to be able to shop with confidence with us and sell all products that are made available to you in good faith. 

Shipping & Returns
How much does postage cost?

If you are a domestic customer, shipping in the UK costs £4.10 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. If you are shopping with us from Europe, shipping starts from costs £15.50 for Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. If you are shopping with us from the Rest of the World, shipping starts from £35 for UPS Standard Delivery.

How long will it take my order to arrive once it has been dispatched?

Under normal circumstances, you can expect to wait up to 5 working days for domestic orders, and up to 15 working days for international orders to arrive. However, please allow extra time during the pandemic.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Do you accept returns?

We are currently only able to accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged. If there is something wrong with the order you have received, please email at hello@odysseyboxuk.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and a photograph of your delivery. If you would like to return goods owing to defects, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge). 

Where is my order?

Please allow at least 5 working days for domestic orders and 15 working days for international orders to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, ODYSSEY BOX is not responsible for your parcel, and that responsibility lies with the courier. Your tracking information will indicate when an attempt has been made to deliver your order. We are not able to give you any further information on this and so your queries would have to be directed to the courier themselves. We will, however, do our best to help in the unlikely situation that an order doesn't arrive. Please allow at least 10 calendar days before contacting us.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change your order once it has been placed. So, please do take care to enter your details in carefully.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Your tracking information is sent to you via email when your order has been dispatched.
